If a product arrives with verifiable manufacturing defects, structural print alignment errors, or extreme transit damage, we will arrange a zero-cost replacement. You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery by emailing licensing@methodhallpress.com with clear photographic proof of the defect alongside your packing slip and unboxing video of defective item.
